Alan Grau is President and co-founder of Icon Labs, a leading provider of security software for IoT and embedded devices. He is the architect of Icon Labs' award-winning Floodgate Firewall. Alan has 25 years of embedded software experience. Prior to founding Icon Labs he worked for AT&T Bell Labs and Motorola. Alan has an MS in computer science from Northwestern University.
Ernie Rudolph is former President and CEO of Technology Resource Group (TRG). He is an award-winning executive with over 32 years experience in management and marketing of technology based products and services.
From 1996 to 2000, he transformed TRG from a small contract-engineering firm into an international company with hardware and software distribution and Internet sales in 90 countries spanning all seven continents. During his tenure, revenues doubled for three consecutive years while maintaining profitability, even as substantial investments were made to fuel growth. He established alliances with multiple Fortune 500 companies, including multinational firms. He was instrumental in raising the capital necessary to execute the growth strategy he developed. As a result of his efforts and success, he was named a 1999 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner.
Prior to TRG, Mr. Rudolph spent 25 years with IBM primarily in sales, and management positions.

He has also authored numerous articles that have been published in various technology and trade magazines.
